Cloud 12 provides a range of marketing services, to ensure your brand stands out from the crowd.

We can start from the beginning, working with you to create a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan, or a simple Plan on a Page. We can go into a lot more detail, focusing on: content creation, a digital strategy, social media strategy, campaign delivery, brand management, sponsorship, community engagement and more.

Cloud 12 works with a network of experts from web design, optimisation, digital marketing to branding.

  • Pivoting Your Business Post Covid-19

    Cloud 12 is working with existing and new tourism businesses to help them style shift or pivot their current sales and marketing approach to reach the new domestic traveller. With no immediate plans to re-open our borders to international visitors, the focus has shifted to local and domestic tourism, with aspirations to open our borders to an Australian bubble. Cloud 12 and our collaborative partners will provide tourism businesses assistance in pivoting their sales and marketing efforts  in order to reach this new domestic traveller.

  • Product Development

    Cloud 12 works with SMEs from concept stage right through to launch and beyond. We also work with EDAs and RTOs and have recently completed a piece of work for CEDA (Central Economic Development Agency) focusing on Product Development and assisting with their Destination Management Plan.

  • Marketing

    We provide short or long term sales and marketing support.  From writing a marketing plan, activity plan, sales/distribution strategy (traditional and OTA), through to content strategies, helping with social media, writing briefs for new website builds, through to marketing collateral, and rebranding. Cloud 12 has also undertaken numerous projects for Regional Tourism Organisations, Department of Conservation and Tourism New Zealand.

  • Event Management, Sponsorship and Community Engagement

    Cloud 12 can provide one off or ongoing services for Event Management (writing event strategies, sponsorship, through to delivery), Sponsorship and Community Engagement.

Activity included: competitive analysis to help define product/pricing, positioning in market, along with writing a web brief, branding brief, photo brief and writing an Activity Plan (Year 1). Cloud 12 continues to provide ongoing support to Whitimanuka.
